Living the Best Life

2010 was a wild, uncontrolled ride and 2011 is going to be a different story! We have finally settled into a new apartment, new routines and new jobs. We are ready to start living our best life!

We will work on creating a balanced, energetic and full life - with "best life" incorporating physical, mental and spiritual aspects.

C and I are starting a new health adventure - I will be eating vegan for the week and C will be eating vegetarian. We just got back from the grocery store and this plan seems more plausible now that we have seen the wide variety of options.

Sunday night:
Veggie Stir Fry: Broccoli, red and green bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, long grain brown rice, Soyaki (from TJ's)

Chris had baked chips and salsa for snack.

For breakfast tomorrow:
Chris will have his usual banana, OJ, cereal with milk and green tea. I will have my usual smoothie - strawberries, banana, blueberries, protein, kale/spinach, almond milk.

For lunch we are going to have veggie stir fry leftovers with apple for me and yogurt and banana for C.
Snacks - almonds.

Anne's goal is to adjust to morning workouts and Chris is going to get back to running after work.
